Senior Project Architect

Requires ability to coordinate and lead project teams in producing documents. This person will direct the production of schematic and design development documents; generate and supervise design presentations; direct production of construction documents, drawings and specifications; as well as generate and execute with Principal Designers the design concept for a project. Through knowledge of building systems as well as the permitting and construction process is required. Ability to mentor junior staff required.

Requirements include a professional degree in Architecture, and eight years professional experience. License required.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 15 years professional experience

• AutoCAD required

Project Architect

Requires to ability to coordinate, organize and lead a project team. Candidates should have a professional degree in architecture, their architectural license and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Responsibilities include involvement from schematic design through construction documents, drawings and specifications. Individuals should have a n understanding of RFI’s, RFP’s, Change Orders etc. Ability to mentor junior staff required.

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum professional experience
• Professional license or license in progress
• Professional degree in Architecture
• AutoCAD required

Intermediate Architects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years architectural experience
• Strong design, presentation, organizational and communication skills
• Good Construction Document Experience
• AutoCAD a must. 3D rendering and sketch skills a plus.
• Self motivated professional requiring limited supervision
• Familiarity with and working knowledge of building codes and government submission/permitting procedures
• Degree in architecture required

Senior Project Manager

Requires and individual to oversee large, complex challenging Corporate, Commercial, Civic, Higher Education and Science, and Technology project teams. This individual would also work with the Project Architects to manage the project’s budget  and staffing but the primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing the relationship with the clients to assure the success of the project. Exceptional communication skills, organizational and presentation skills are required. Professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 20 years of professional architectural experience and previous project management experience and license necessary. Experience with sustainable design a plus. LEED AP preferred. AutoCAD or Revit a plus.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JGM is seeking a graphic designer. Primary responsibilities include creation and production of graphic materials for marketing, public relations and events, as well as client projects. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director, the Marketing Team and Project Teams to provide high quality deliverables in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Qualifications:

• Degree or proven experience in graphic design
• Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
• Strong design skills and understanding of production processes
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Macromedia Flash

DESIGNER

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work with teams located around the country and around the world. Willingness to travel required. Individual must have a proven ability to research and solve complex technical building systems issues through sound architectural principles and practices, be willing and able to participate in the implementation of an aestheict from concept to detail, and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment. Strong evidence of design sensititivity and an understanding of construction administration is required.
