Strategically set in one of Pasadena’s oldest and most culturally diverse districts, the Fair Oaks Renaissance Plaza is the first major development designed with a theme reflective of the local community fabric.

The center consists of a 55,000 sf Vons market, a family-style chain restaurant as well as a series of tenant spaces designed to house nine locally owned and operated specialty shops.

This development is among the first to open in this area of Pasadena following the civil unrest of 1993. Buildings are finished in scored concrete masonry, glass and colored tiles, which complement a sensitive landscaping treatment.

JGM has provided architectural design and project management services, (including coordination with the City of Pasadena and other local community throught the design process, detailed cost estimates to ensure proper cost containment, project schedule as well as construction administration for this project.
