Located at the southern portion of Pacific Coast Highway near downtown San Diego, the complex consists of three plazas reminiscent of early California, Victorian and New England fishing villages.

Paved streets portray the appearance of dirt roads with wagon wheel and horseshoe tracks. Turn posts, braces, porches and street lamps are reminiscent of turn –of-the-century California. Much of the plaza is elevated for a fantastic view of the harbor.

Parking lots are located on the periphery of the complex and have been lowered to keep cars out of sigh. Its historical and cultural appeal and variety of shopping and entertainment venues typifies the casual free-spirit atmosphere of California.
