The LAUSD Bell Cudahy Middle School has commissioned
JGM to study the feasibility of converting the existing H Middle and
High School. Due to the proximity of LAX, building height must not increase
in order to remain under the FAA glide slope to the airport. |

As the owner's Construction Coordinator, JGM
is responsible for the oversight of architectural design and engineering
consultants, peer review of consultants' documents for code, ADA, program
and budgetary compliance, liaison with local school boards and principals,
preparation of bid packages, award recommendations and monitoring of
job progress. JGM will also be responsible for providing full construction
consulting services, which include document management, scheduling,
estimating, field observation, project reporting and general compliance. |

As program and construction manager for seismic
reconstruction as a result of the Northridge Earthquake, JGM, in joint-venture,
oversees activities across multiple sites and multiple facilities and
managing more than 200 individual construction contracts in conformance
with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/California Office of
Emergency Services (OES) requirements. |

Responding to the extensive damage of the
Great Northridge Earthquake of 1994, California State University,
Northridge (CSUN), selected JGM to serve as Joint Venture construction
and program manager for the reconstruction of the campus. 81 buildings
on campus were either damaged or destroyed, including 53 major structures.

acre urban site was completed in April 2003 providing 32 classrooms
for 1458 K-5 students. The structure is built of steel frame and split
