As a follow on to the JGM Master Plan, the College awarded JGM the design contract for the Math Science Complex. This multi-building complex totaling 45,000 sf includes a 34,000 sf 2 story classroom, and celestial observatory with retractable roof, a green house facility and a print shop.

The buildings are sited in such a manner as to create a small plaza contributing to the outdoor space of the campus.

The main classroom facility was designed with any eye toward flexibility in order to respond to continuing evolution in teaching methodology. In addition energy efficiency and sustainability are hallmarks of the facility as a 10,000 gallon thermal storage unit is installed in the facility, the windows are low-E glass and the building is sited in such a manner as to minimize solar heat gain.
