Located in Local District 6, this first phase of a 10 acre urban site was completed in April 2003 providing 32 classrooms for 1458 K-5 students. The structure is built of steel frame and split face concrete block.

JGM provided construction management services for this 4 track learning facility, assisting the District in keeping Change Orders to less than 3% of the cost of construction.
