The Intern and Resident Physician Dormitory at Martin Luther King, Jr./Drew Medical Center is the primary residence for 300 intern and resident doctors aligned with the Martin Luther King, Jr. Hospital and /or the Charles Drew Medical Center.

JGM was twice recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for innovative design layout, one for functional design, and another for excellence in architectural design.

The firm was also the recipient of a design award and energy conservation award for this project.
