The City of Huntington Park has proposed the development of 23 units of affordable housing and a childcare facility as a special needs, residence for unwed teenage mothers and their families.

Fifteen three-bedroom, two bath units, eight two-bedroom, one – bath units a childcare center and community center and subterranean parking were designed into the final program.

Each residence includes spacious kitchen, living and dining areas, outdoor garden courtyard access, laundry facilities and storage.
