The Dongzhimen Transit Hub located on the third ring road in the city of Beijing will serve nearly one million Beijing citizens daily as they transit between urban heavy and light rail transit, regional and urban bus and high speed rail service to the Capital Airport.

JGM analyzed the initial master plan, pedestrian and vehicular circulation systems which resulted in significant simplification of access to a multi-level urban site as well as improved open spaces for the residents and users of the 800,000 sq. meter project. This project consists of a podium base 3 levels below grade, 3 levels above grade, 3 residential towers, 2 office towers and a luxury hotel all located above the largest transit hub in China.
